Basic bush camping right by the water, this area is typified by low coastal scrub and lots of sand.

Fowler's Camp is typical of the Shark Bay section of the coast, set on a small peninsula surrounded by sand, sun and scrub.

Take some time to wander up the beach and keep an eye on the water, you will be amazed by what you can see swimming around from the shore.

Sunsets can also be quite spectacular.

There are no facilities provided here, but it’s a good spot for beach fishing. You need to bring a gas/fuel stove and drinking water. The camping area is on Fowlers Camp Rd, off Shark Bay Rd, 22 km south-east of Denham. It’s a small area on the foreshore among coastal vegetation.

A permit is required to camp here $15.00 per vehicle Note: stays are restricted to 1 night only.
