Reception is attended from 9.00am to 3.00pm. There is a KIOSK at receptiion for late arrivals to check in or for those needing accommodation after hours, to make a reservation.

Operator cancellation policy
KALBARRI SEAFRONT VILLAS CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations will be charged 50% of the total price if cancelled after the reservation is made. (For 1 night stays this is 100%). If cancelled within 14 days prior to the arrival date or in the case of a no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. For any amendments or refunds, there is a $50 admin fee.
SCHOOL LEAVERS POLICY
We do not accept any bookings where all clients are under 18 years or bookings for school leavers. We do not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual school leavers period.
KALBARRI VISITOR CENTRE CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations of confirmed bookings (where payment has been made) will attract a 10% cancellation fee of the booking total capped at $55. This is in addition to the cancellation fee of the service provider /operator. Please review our full terms and conditions here: www.kalbarri.org.au/terms
