Only a 20 minute easy drive to Monkey Mia; there are 2 adjacent units; a 2-bedroom and 1-bedroom unit. Each unit is fully equipped with Internet, TV & DVD; both have a roomy master bedroom with quality queen-size bed and luxury linen. The 2-bedroom unit has a second bedroom with double bed and single bunk over. A fold-up bed can be put into either unit to cater for an additional child. All linen supplied. Both have a bright lounge/kitchen area, a cosy enclosed patio area and a bathroom/laundry area with own toilet. There's plenty of parking room on the large property for cars and boats. The units are within walking distance of all fun activities in Denham, including the beach, fishing, restaurants and bars with a supermarket just across the road We are owner run and I like to keep things nice, adding that extra touch that I like so much. I love these little beach units and I know you will too. My personal opinion is that this block with these units is the best location in the Bay. But then again, I'm biased. See you in Shark Bay. Operator cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is received more than 7 full days before booked arrival date a full refund will be made.
If a shortened stay or cancellation is received less than 7 full days before booked arrival date there will be no refund made except when a replacement booking/s is received for all or part of the shortened or cancelled period in which case a refund will be made for the period covered by the replacement booking/s.
Unless prior agreement in writing has been made with the property management a booking that remains unpaid within 7 days of the check-in date will be automatically cancelled by the Property management. The property management shall immediately make the relevant period available for booking by other parties and the Booker shall remain liable for payment of any accommodation which remain unsold during the period.
